Hotel: Room availability is limited. Please make your reservations early.
Congress: Please register by September 16, 2008.
Requests will be accepted after this date, however, accommodations are limited and subject to availability.

Congress: Full payments in Euros (EUR) for Congress fees are due at time of registration. A confirmation of registration will be sent to each registrant on receipt of payment. Payment may be made by credit card only. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as Medavera, Inc. Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Congress fees include all educational sessions and related meal functions.

Hotel: At the end of the Congress registration you will be linked to instructions to make hotel reservations directly with the Princesa Sofia Hotel. Reservations cannot be made by telephone. Special room rates have been arranged with the Princesa Sofia and include a buffet breakfast. A credit card is required to reserve rooms, and upon check-in. Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club are accepted. Extra services (room service, internet charges etc.) must be settled by each guest with the hotel upon departure. Check-in time is 3:00 PM; check-out time is 12:00 PM. Exhibitors contact Medavera for special instructions.

Cancellation Policy

Congress Cancellation: Upon cancellation at any time, 10% of the Congress fee is non-refundable. Fax or email cancellation using the contact information below. Cancellations will not be considered complete until you receive a confirmation of cancellation from Medavera, Inc.

Between August 17, 2008 and August 31, 2008 – 2 nights accommodations will be charged.
Between September 1, 2008 and the arrival date – no refund.
