1. Reserve time for yourself:  Although you know it, you are the most important person in your life, regardless of what your family or your friends sponging for you. If you’re not happy, it is difficult to be able to bring joy to others. Make time for yourself,. Take at least 20 minutes a day and dedicate it to do something you like, either read the newspaper, take a bath, going to school for something that interests you or call a friend. 2. Trust yourself: If you let the excessive self-criticism dominate your mind, lose confidence in yourself and this will affect your ways and your relationship with others. Banish from your mind the thoughts that are not constructive. Avoid reaching the conclusion that you are good to do something when you have not tried. Do not give up an idea or a new project when you do not get a brilliant result. The best of yourself and secure your self-esteem will be strengthened. People with self-confidence radiating safety, make others come to them and face every situation with enthusiasm and determination.

3. Calm your anxiety: It is logical to worry about things, but do not win anything intended for something you can not change. Focus on what you can change and what is really happening, not what might happen. Worrying about something that might happen or has already occurred is only for energy to drag. Decide what you can change and think about how you can do, planning time. It then takes action. Addressing concerns instead of leaving embitter you, give you the freedom to think as you enjoy what you can get yen at the time.

4. Organize: If you have many things in your mind will be difficult so you can focus on one, and you show forgetful, distracted and disorganized. Put your thoughts in writing will help you focus on a particular issue. Make a list of tasks you perform and the things you want to achieve. It establishes a priority order, determine what time does everything and appoints each of them a moment. Organize thoughts can clear your mind of distractions and focus on the successful completion of each task.

5. Escape the routine: The patterns of thoughts and behaviors can become habits, the routine may well settle in your life, produciendo sense of boredom and demotivating. Ask yourself new goals and challenges can provide inspiration and stronger. Focus on developing those aspects of yourself that you most welcome and the interests that motivate you most. Plan how to accomplish a goal. So you can see if you’re on track. Trying new things will help change the perception you have of yourself and what you can achieve, enhancing your self-esteem and well being.
