Combination of tomatoes and pineapple to a diet

Here is a diet that combines our two protagonists of the date the pineapple and tomato: the plan of such foods.

Monday

Breakfast: smoothie on the basis of two hundred grams of tomatoes, juice of half a lemon, salt, pepper and parsley chopped.

Food: Three hundred grams of tomato salad, dress it with half an ounce of olive oil, juice of half a lemon, parsley, basil, half onion, some celery, a bay leaf, a pinch of oregano, a slice of toast and three slices of pineapple soaked in a quart of dry white wine.

Dinner: Two hundred grams of tomato salad, dress it with half an ounce of olive oil and vinegar, six leaves of basil and parsley, eighty grams of fat cheese cut into small cubes, a slice of toast a slice of pineapple in white wine. Read the rest of this entry »
